There is a small Supermarket at the Complex, has everything you need including daily UK papers but more expensive than the 4 large Supermarkets a short drive away(10 mins max).
There are many safe and clean beaches in the area,Carvoeiro (10 mins) to a wide selection of small and large beaches within 10 mins to 30 mins and plenty more if needed!
The pool has a “walk-in roman style” entrance steps to about a foot deep to 6ft and the other end, there are side exit steps at the deeper end.
The Gramacho complex is a “Gated” community with Security Guards on duty 24/7 as well as CCTV throughout.
It’s generally safe and healthy to drink the public tap water across Portugal. … Although restaurants will serve bottled water by default, it’s fine to ask for tap water.
Check in is normally around 4 pm and check out is 10am to allow maids in but times can be flexible if the villa is empty on the arrival day and nobody coming in on the departure day, but as always things can always be a little different than expected so we work around you.
